Spectator Information

Spectators are welcome to attend the 2026 Women’s Western Junior Championship at Meridian Hills Country Club in Indianapolis, Indiana. General admission and parking are complementary. Concessions and public restrooms are available on the golf course.

Parking for general spectators will be located at the Congregation Beth-El Zedeck Synagogue located at 600 W 70th St, Indianapolis, IN 46260. Once parked, please follow the foot traffic directional signage to the club entrance on Spring Mill Road. Click here for a full schedule of events.

 

SPECTATOR RULES

  • By entering onto the grounds of the Tournament, you acknowledge and agree to the following for yourself and on behalf of any accompanying minor (who shall also be deemed to be “you” for purposes of the following): YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER ARISING OUT OF YOUR ATTENDANCE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, RISKS RELATED TO COVID-19, LOSS OF YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY, INJURY, OR DEATH FROM A GOLF SHOT OR BY OTHER SPECTATORS OR PLAYERS, AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE THE WESTERN GOLF ASSOCIATION, THE HOST SITE, SPONSORS, VENDORS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, AND ALL VOLUNTEERS, PARTICIPATING PLAYERS AND CADDIES, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF SUCH LOSSES, INJURIES, ILLNESS OR DEATH. FURTHERMORE, IN NO EVENT SHALL WESTERN GOLF ASSOCIATION BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, ECONOMIC, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR THIRD-PARTY DAMAGES INCURRED, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF WESTERN GOLF ASSOCIATION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE LIKELIHOOD OR POSSIBILITY SUCH DAMAGES MAY BE INCURRED.
  • General spectators will not have access to the Meridian Hills Country Club clubhouse. Restrooms are available after the 4th hole, and at the halfway house after the ninth and fourteenth holes.
  • Please observe silence throughout each shot, and do not move until all contestants in each group have played or holed out.
  • Please keep a respectful distance from play and do not walk on greens, tees, or in the long grass areas.
  • Please be cognizant of play behind you and wait until all players have teed off before crossing fairways.
  • Cell Phone and Electronic Devices: All cell phones and electronic devices should be in vibrate mode when on or near the golf course except in the case of an emergency.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER

  • In the event of imminent dangerous conditions, all players, caddies, volunteers, and spectators MUST leave the course IMMEDIATELY. One prolonged air horn blast will signal the suspension of play for a dangerous situation. Two short air horn blasts will signal “all clear” when it is safe for play to resume.
  • Individuals with clubhouse access should seek shelter in the Meridian Hills Country Club clubhouse or their personal vehicles.
  • General spectators are encouraged to seek shelter in their personal vehicles.
